Help Accessing Government Services

If you’d like help with any of the following, please contact our office to request assistance. In order to serve you better, please make sure to include your name and address in your request:

Our office can offer help dealing with federal departments, agencies, or crown corporations. Federal agencies include, but are not limited to, Employment Insurance, Passports, Citizenship and Immigration, Firearms Licensing, Service Canada, Revenue Canada, Canada Pension Plan (CPP), and Old Age Security (OAS).

Congratulatory Certificates

Our office offers congratulatory certificates for residents celebrating a significant anniversary, birthday or other special occasion. You can request a certificate here.

For certain milestones, you may also request certificates from the Prime Minister’s office and the Governor General.

Canada Flags and Pins

Our office is able to provide small, paper Canada flags, and Canada flag pins. To submit your request, please complete the form here.

If you require a large post-fly nylon Canada flag (90cm x 180cm) to display at your home or business, please submit your request using the form here.

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, please note that we have a limited number of pins and flags available.

Tours of Parliament Hill and Attending Question Period

Our office is happy to arrange for tours of Parliament Hill or tickets to Question Period if you’re visiting Ottawa.
