‘Safer Supply’ Drug Seizures Skyrocketing

Yesterday, the National Post further exposed what Common Sense Conservatives and Canadians everywhere have been saying for a long time: “safe supply” is making the toxic drug problem worse.

Following massive busts in Prince George and Campbell River in B.C., London, ON police state that seizures of hydromorphone are up 3,000%. The President of the London Police Association also admitted officers have known for months that taxpayer-funded, government-supplied hard drugs are being diverted into the community and frequently resold to teenagers and other vulnerable Canadians, so the sellers take the profits and buy the even-deadlier fentanyl.

Opioid deaths are up 184% since Trudeau was elected and safe supply is a disaster. Only Common Sense Conservatives will end Trudeau and the NDP’s deadly experiment. The most vulnerable Canadians deserve hope and treatment, not more taxpayer-funded hard drugs.
